You may love blog writing yet do not necessarily love or have time for the tasks that need to be done after you’ve written your blog before it gets posted on your website.

I have created packages for blog assistance and also create bespoke packages.

  • Proofread, edit, setup and format blog posts into your WordPress website
  • Sourcing stock images and setting the featured image of your choosing
  • Creating and adding meta description, keywords, tags and categories
  • SEO keyword and key phrase research
  • Provide you with proofread and edited blog, meta description, SEO keywords and key phrases and sourced stock image(s) for your final approval

  • Connecting your WordPress website to email marketing platform (MailChimp or ActiveCampaign) so that new blog posts can be automatically sent to your subscribers
  • Review and report to you on unsubscribes and bounced backed emails after blog has been emailed
  • Distribute blog to social media platforms and repurpose blog content

Social Media Management

I’m a bit of a social media addict and love creating social media for my posts. I have social media packages and also offer to create a bespoke package if your needs fall outside the packages I have created. Social media tasks I offer in my packages include:

  • 30-minute Zoom discussion to go over your social media strategy for the month
  • Social media post scheduling
  • Sources of content to be provided by you
  • I source appropriate stock images for posts (one image per post)
  • Posts and stock photos are prepared and sent to you for approval
  • Respond to comments and messages
  • Monthly report

I also offer some add-ons, for those who need them. These include social media profile setup and social media scheduler account setup.

I’ve been doing social media training through The Digital Picnic  and Edgar University – both offer a wealth of social media knowledge!

Dubsado setup

Dubsado is a great customer relation management (CRM) software that can be used by many different small businesses. However, it can be daunting and time-consuming to setup your Dubsado account. So whether you’re new to Dubsado or seeking to add another brand to your Dubsado account, I’m happy to help!

Depending on the level of assistance you require, my Dubsado support packages can include some or all of the following options:

I have over two decade’s experience in transcription.

My digital dictation software supports the following formats:

  • Sony recorder formats (msv, dvf)
  • Philips, Grundig and Olympus digital recorder formats

I understand there are occasions where work or projects require urgent attention, and my schedule allows for a certain amount of urgent jobs. I also encourage you to take advantage of technology as well as differing time zones to have me complete your work whilst you sleep!

Pricing

My hourly rate is AUD $49.50 per hour, excluding G.S.T.

I offer tailor made packages specifically for your support needs. To this end, I offer a discovery discussion which allows me to learn more about your business support needs.

I can also assist you with projects requiring an urgent turnaround. Any work requiring an urgent or after business hours turnaround may be subject to surcharge rates.
